Traditional Martial Arts Classes
Our traditional martial arts classes provide a range of martial arts styles for every member of the family. We promote an all-inclusive, fun, and engaging atmosphere where students learn self-confidence, perseverance, respect, and anti-bullying techniques, all while making new friends. By implementing a unique fitness plan for each student, we can help our students set and reach their goals. ​ Our traditional classes follow a belting system, require student commitment, and offer testing, tournament, and special event opportunities.
Events
Our events offer opportunities for all ages and experience levels to participate in self-defense workshops, fitness classes, wellness activities, and fun community experiences throughout the year.​ No experience necessary.

Our online shop offers convenient access to available training gear and academy items to help you stay prepared and continue growing in your practice. Please note that all equipment is subject to current inventory availability, and specialty items or additional gear options are only available through our Front Desk.
